Public Workshops

Public Workshops are provided in an open enrollment format. They provide excellent developmental opportunities for:

  • Leaders and employees from organizations not engaged in a formal consulting relationship
  • Organizations that don’t have enough participants to justify a Charter Workshop
  • Leaders and employees of consulting clients that have a unique training need that may not soon be addressed as a group
  • Those from consulting clients that need to make up a Charter Workshop that they missed

Feel free to browse all of our course offerings and contact us with your interest. We often schedule workshops after a core waiting list has been established. Also, please contact us if you don’t see a topic you were hoping to find.

  • Typically the most cost effective approach if your organization has six or fewer participants
  • Diversity of experiences due to the cross-organizational makeup of a Public Workshop often provides for enlightening conversation
  • Provides networking opportunities for participants
